Where are you located? I am located in Camas, WA. For the safety and privacy of my home workshop, I arrange meetups in public local spots or provide my shop address once we have confirmed a repair or sale appointment.
Do you accept credit cards or Venmo? To keep overhead low and prices fair, I currently operate on a cash-only basis for all tool sales and repair services.
Can I see a tool before I buy it? Absolutely. Since these are vintage and used tools, I want you to be 100% happy with the feel and weight. We can arrange a time for you to inspect the tool in person before any money changes hands.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs? Because these are used and often antique tools, I cannot offer a formal warranty. However, I stand by my craftsmanship. If a handle fails or an edge isn't performing as promised under normal use, I’ll do my best to make it right.
What kind of tools do you not fix? I generally do not service power tools (electric/battery), gas engines (mowers/trimmers), or modern "disposable" tools made primarily of plastic, as they are often not designed to be repaired. I specialize in steel and wood hand and yard tools, but am willing to do what I can to extend the life of whatever you have.
How long does a repair usually take? Since this is a hobby business, turnaround times vary. Most sharpening or handle replacements are completed within 3–5 business days. I will give you a specific timeline when you drop off your tool.
